Gold Medal Gymnastics Support Organization is planning another spectacular event for the 2015 Arizona Grand Invitational. We invite you to bring your entire team and family to enjoy the fun & sun in the desert southwest. Below are details for our meet to will help guide you in planning for this event.

Sanction: This is a Foreign Sanctioned event.  Athletes from foreign countries invited to participate!

Session Summary:

Session Summary will be emailed to all clubs after the meet deadline has been reached and all meet entries are verified.  Our goal is to run a meet similar to last year, for details about last year’s event:

2015 Meet Registration:

Level 3 – 5 : $ 95.00 per gymnast

Xcel : $ 95.00 per gymnast

Level 6 – 10/open : $ 110.00 per gymnast

Team: $ 50.00 per level (top 3 – no designation)

Early Bird Discount:

PAID IN FULL Registrations received by November 1, 2014 will have their team fee waived.  Please note – the 2014 Arizona Grand Invitational was FULL by October 2013 – well before the Early Bird Deadline.  We encourage you to register early!

Registration Deadline:

December 1, 2014 (or sooner if meet fills up in advance)

Refunds : There are no refunds for scratches or changes after the registration deadline of December 1, 2014.  Refund checks will be mailed to the club as issued on the registration.

Level Changes : all changes submitted after the registration deadline are subject to availability.

Late Registration / Level Changes : $ 10.00 per gymnast for approved changes after December 1, 2014

Payments: A deposit will NOT hold your spot.  You must submit a complete roster and full payment at the time of registration.  Please include one check for your entire team.

Team Grand Finale : There is no additional gymnast registration fee to participate in the Team Grande Finale.  However, you MUST submit your desire to participate in this event at the time of registration.  IF you are using your own registration form, please indicate if you will be participating in the Team Grand Finale on your forms.  This year, the Team Grand Finale is limited to the first 14 teams who submit their request to participate.

To qualify for this event you must have at least one Level 9 and/or Level 10 gymnast on your roster.  The perfect Grand Finale team will be made up of one gymnast from each optional level (7/8/9/10).  In this format, one gymnast will compete on one event to create a team All Around score.  Gymnasts qualify to this event based upon the highest All Around score for your team at each particular level.  Final team line-up will be determined at the meet based upon registration and participation of your team.

Registered gymnasts and coaches can enter any session by showing their credentials at the entrance including the Team Grand Finale.

2014 Gymnast Gift:

Gold Medal Gymnastics proudly provided a custom AZ Grand GK-Elite Sportswear Leotard as the gift for all 2014 Arizona Grand Invitational as well as the Team Finale Qualifying participants.  Clubs provided accurate GK sizing on entry form to receive leotard at the meet.

- Gymnasts, coaches and families staying at the Arizona Grand Resort will have use of the entire property including the Oasis Water Park, award winning golf, recreational activities, resort facilities, hiking, fitness center and more. Shuttle services to Arizona Mills Mall available so guests can also enjoy a visit to the new SeaLife Aquarium, GameWorks, take in a movie at the Harkins IMAX or have a bite to eat at the RainForest Café.
